Rain Bothered

Protagonist picks up his girlfriend from a non-specific social function, and drives her home. Along the way, he has some trouble discerning reality.

This was a thing I wrote on a whim, and I'm working on an extension that'll continue the story. If you think you see an allusion, you're probably right.
