I apologized to my mom and took my seat from before, i was just a mix of emotion tonight. After a while me and my mom talked and started to get along, she offered to drive me to school in the morning and i agreed. The next morning she picked me up and halfway through the drive she started talking to me.
"So, hows your morning been?" she asked
"Good" i said
"Thats good. Hows your dad been?, is he dating?" she asked
"Hes fine, hes single" i said
"Are you single?" she asked
"Yes" i said
"So that boy that was over last night wasn't your boyfriend?" she asked
"Nope, hes my friend Cameron" i said
"Oh. Have you ever dated?" she asked
"No" i said
"Okay. Listen i wanna apologize, i know i havnt been in your life and its been hard. But i never stopped thinking about you, i want a relationship" she said
"I did to. But im just so not sure at this point, everything uncle Jack and dad have said about you just makes me have mixed feelings. I mean i want a relationship but i feel like it would be stupid for me to have one with you" i said
"And i completely understand that. If you just give me a chance maybe you'll change your mind. Im having a little birthday party for Quinn this weekend, maybe you should come" she said
"Maybe" i said as she pulled up to school
"Mhm, well this was nice. Thanks for letting me drive you" she said
"Yeah, thanks for the ride" i said and i saw all Heidi and her friends looking at me
"Are those your friends?" she asked
"Nope. Girls that hate me because i dont have a mom, they've been calling dad gay and just being all around bitches" i said and she looked sad
"Oh. Well you know, when girls make fun of you its cause their jealous. They probably dont have a great relationship with their parents and see that you and your dad have a great one and are jealous of it" she said and i smiled
"Yeah probably. Thanks again, i'll think about the party thing" i said getting out of the car
"Of course. See you soon hopefully" she said and i nodded and shut the car door
School went on as usual, girls just being their bitchy selves and what not. I didnt pay attention today because i had so much running through my head. During health class i took my normal seat next to Cameron who gave me a little hug.
"Shit day so far?" he asked
"Mhm" i said and the teacher started talking
"Okay so i have a special homework type project that i wanna discuss before we start the lesson. Since we've been learning about genetics i wanna do a project on that. Get your fathers health and mental history and your mothers, make a venn diagram and see who your more like" she said and Heidi raised her hand and the teacher called on her
"Well Mrs. Vera, what do we do if we dont have a mother. You know like Caitlyn, what the hells she gonna do?" Heidi said
"Enough of that. Caitlyn, talk to your father and get the info from him" Mrs. Vera said
"I can just talk to my mom. Shes back in my life" i said
"Oh thats great!. Im so happy for you!" she said excited, she was always my favorite teacher
"Is your mom the bimbo that brought you to school today?. No wonder your dad had a kid with her, their both trash" Heidi said
"Enough of that!. I will not hesitate to send you to the office" Mrs. Vera said
"Why do you hate my dad so bad?, is it because your jealous?. My dad is a rockstar, has won awards, has lots of money, traveled the world, has platinum records and alls your dad has done is treat infections?" i said and everyone laughed
"Caitlyn" Mrs. Vera said in a warning tone
"Sorry" i said
"Good now say it to Heidi" she said
"Im sorry...you stupid fucking bitch" i said to Heidi

"Why dont you go work on your attempt at skin cancer. I can see your halfway there" i said

We went down to the office and the secretary said the principal wanted to see us, i guess Mrs. Vera called down. The principal informed us that our parents are on the way and that uncle Jack was coming since my dad couldnt. A little while later there was a knock at the door and uncle Jack and Heidis mom walked in.
"Hello. You must be Heidis mother and you must be Caitlyns uncle" the principal said standing up and shaking their hands
"Yes. Donna Stevens" Heidis mom said

"Take a seat. We have something important to address" the principal said and they sat down
"I dont understand why im here. I mean Heidi is a good girl" Donna said
"Well it seems these two got into a big fight in health class" the principal said
"Im sure Heidi had nothing to do with it. Probably all Caitlyn, i mean look her father couldnt make it to the meeting probably because he doesnt care about her. And sent her run down uncle" Donna said
"Excuse me?. First of all your little brat is in as much shit as my niece, secondly. Caitlyns dad couldnt make it because hes sick" uncle Jack said
"Whats wrong with him?" she asked
"Thats none of your god damn business" he said
"Enough. I just wanted to inform you guys that if this happens again, these two are getting a weeks suspension" the principal said
"But-" Donna started but the principal cut her off
"You can persuade me to change my mind, thats the rule. Fight again and there will be a suspension" the principal said and me and Heidi nodded
"Seems fair" uncle Jack said and Donna glared at him
"Your all free to go. But im setting up a meeting for next week on tuesday, hopefully Mr. Gaskarth will be in attendance" the principal said

"Alright. Nice to meet you Mr. Barakat. Mrs. Stevens i will see you next week at 2. Ladies enjoy the rest of the day" the principal said and we all left the room
"Why couldnt dad come?. He was sick?" i asked uncle Jack as we walked down the hall
"Severe migraine is what he told me" he said, i guess thats one thing that can go on the venn diagram. I get them a lot
