Red Snow

Baby B-B-Gun

Rosie's voice was shrill as she told me to Get up B-B-Gun, we have to go! We have to go!

"Go where, Rosie?" I asked.

Just go!

I ran as fast as I could, further and further into the woods. My phone buzzed in my pocket.

Throw it into the water! Rosie shrieked. NOW! I complied. Rosie was scaring me. I didn't know why she was being so mean.

"Rosie-Rosie, why are you so angry?" I asked.

Just go!

I kept running. This was further than I had run in years.

After a long time - I don't know how long - I collapsed on the ground. I couldn't go any further.

"Please don't make me keep running, Rosie-Rosie," I whimpered.

I won't, B-B-Gun, this is perfect.
