She was a sinner but so were other people. The only difference between her and them was the willingness to repent. They were considered as wolves preying on God's precious flock. And as to repent for her sins, it was up to her as His faithful servant to eradicate those wolves from the face of the Earth.
She would graciously give them atonement for their sins.
