Best Places to Be a Mom

Melodys POV:
Today was a really exciting day because me, Alex, Rian, Jack and Zack were going on a five day trip to the bahamas. Everyone was bringing their girlfriends as well which was good, i didnt wanna be stuck with just men the entire time. I was in the middle of finishing my packing when Alex walked in.

"Are you ready babe?. We gotta get going in a few minutes" he said, our flight was in a little less then two hours

"Almost" i said

"Nervous at all?. I know you havnt flown this far before" he said coming over and putting his arms around me. Its true the farthest ive flown is to LA

"Kinda, more nervous for the baby really" i said and he sighed

"You heard the doctor. Its totally safe, stop worrying and get ready to enjoy yourself" he said

"I know" i said zipping up my bag

"Alright your all set i see, lets go!" he said grabbing my bag and he left the room

We went to the airport and met up with everyone, luckily we wernt the last ones to arrive out of the entire group. When we got on the plane i sat next to Leann and Alex. A few hours into the flight Alex fell asleep and i was messing with him.

"Alex" i said poking his cheek

"No" he mumbled

"Wake up" i said

"Im tired, im sleeping. Leave me alone" he said

"But your more fun when your awake" i said

"Mmm, dont care" he said

"Ugh. Fuck face" i said and he smiled and turned away from me

"Is he a heavy sleeper?" Leann asked me

"Sometimes. Is Rian one?" i asked

"Totally" she said and i laughed

"Im so happy were going on this vacation!, i really need it!" i said

"Oh god, me to. Ive been fucking stressed out" she said

"Me to, especially because of the pregnancy" i said

"Mhm. I dont blame you" she said

"Aww, babys sleeping" Jack cooed looking over his seat and at Alex

"Yeah" i said

"Here. Draw a mustache on him" he said handing me a pen

"Okay" i said and made a perfect one, luckily he didnt wake up

"Fucking dead to the world" Jack laughed turning back around

When we finally landed nobody told Alex about the mustache, he was pretty pissed when he got to our hotel room and saw it in the mirror. Since we got there pretty late we just went out for a group dinner and then went back to our rooms to rest. When we got back to our room i laid on our bed and Alex laid next to me trying to pull me to lay on him.

"Alex!" i yelled laughing as he managed to get me to lie on him, i sat up and straddled him

"Your so pretty" he said

"Your such a sap" i said leaning down to kiss him

"Eww!. Okay break it up, break it up!. Fuck, we cant leave you two alone without you guys mating like rabbits" Jack said walking in with his girlfriend Nicole, we were sharing a hotel room together since it was cheaper this way

"Whatever. Fucking dick face" Alex said rolling his eyes at Jack

"Language Alexander!. Sheesh" i said

"Who cares if i swear, we all do it" he said

"Whatever" i said getting off his lap

"So anyways, Melody. Me, Breann and Jill were talking about going down to the beach to go for a walk. Wanna join?" Nicole asked me

"Sure" i said

"Have fun you two" Jack said and we left

We met up with Breann and Jill in the lobby and then we all went over to the beach. It was so nice out and it was really pretty here, the sun was setting and it looked really nice. Jill was trying to get me to walk in the water with her, when i finally gave in and did the water was ice cold.

"Shit!. Its freezing" i said

"Its refreshing" she said and Breann and Nicole came to join us

"Its cold!" Nicole said

"Mhmm. But what do you expect, its the ocean" Breann said

"I love it!" Jill said, she loved everything in life. Including cold water. She was really upbeat which was nice to be around

"We gotta do fun stuff while were here!. Like zip lining and jet skiing" Nicole said and everyone agreed

"Yeah. Wish i could do that stuff" i said

"Right, theres stuff you cant do while pregnant. Maybe you can do the zip lining?" she said

"I doubt it" i said

"Shit. Well you can ride those water bikes with us and swim and snorkel. Theres probably countless things you can do" she said

"True" i said

"Dont worry!. Were going to have lots of fun on this trip, believe me!" Jill said and i nodded

Later that night while we were back at our room watching a movie i went outside to call Eli about the trip. After i got off the phone i stayed out on the balcony, it was to nice to be sitting in our room at the moment. While i was laying on the lounger Alex came out.

"Hey" he said

"Hi" i said

"Your not gonna back in and hangout?" he asked

"Nahh, i like it out here" i said and he walked over to the railing

"Yeah it is" he said

"Having fun so far?" i asked

"Yep. You?" he asked

"Totally" i said and he came over and sat behind me and let me lay back against him

"I cant believe how adorable you are. Hows our baby?" he asked

"Fine" i said

"You know, were gonna have to bring the baby here one day" he said

"Mhmm, its really nice" i said

"It is" he said

"Who do you think this kid will look more like?" i asked

"I like to think it'll just be a crazy mix of the two of us" he said

"Yeah. I hope the baby gets your eyebrows" i said and he laughed

"My eyebrows?" he asked

"Yep. I fucking love your eyebrows" i said

"Thanks" he said

"Mhm. And i hope that he or she gets your nose to. Its cute" i said and he laughed

"Your so weird!. Usually people are like hopefully the baby gets your nice hair or eyes, they dont hope for a nice body part" he said

"Yeah well im cool like that" i said

"Mhm. You are" he said kissing my cheek
