Jim Moriarty has a younger sister called Elizabeth, he thinks she helps him out when it comes to his games with Sherlock Holmes, but little does he know that she is in love with the consulting detective and cannot stop herself from helping Sherlock and John out secretly. John knows that Elizabeth loves Sherlock but because of Sherlock's blindness and his marriage to his work he never finds out until the day he has to say goodbye
