I'll Never Let Them Hurt You (I Promise)

Rylee, Frank, Gerard, Ray, Bob, Mikey, and Sasha p

Pt. 16

We walked out the house and drove to the airport. Yea we were supposed to be at school normally but since we were picking up the ‘transfer student’ we were allowed out as long as we showed them around. That obviously included Frank, Gerard, Ray, Bob, Mikey, Sasha, Bekah, and me.

“Are we there yet?” I asked.

“Yes.” Frank replied in sheer amusement.

“Don’t play with me.” I said knowing full well that we weren’t there.

“Don’t ask if you already know that we’re not.” Frank retorted.

“Fine.” I complied.

“Yes.” Frank blurted.

“What?” I asked confused.

“We’re there.” Frank said.

“But I didn’t—yes!” everyone laughed at my sudden outburst. We got out of the car and went into the terminal thing. I knew exactly when Lucy was there because I had seen a picture of her before.

“Lucy! Hey!”

“Oh my gosh hey! Introductions now!”

“Oh yea um…Frankie, Gee, Ray, Mikey, Bob, Sasha, but you know her, and Bekah, who you also know.” I said pointing to the correct people.

“Ooo you just have to have hot guys pick me up don’t you?”

“Yep I do…you asked me to anyways.”

“Yea I guess I did.”

“And you got your wish…”

“Yes I did.” She said as Frank made known that he wasn’t single by pulling me into him by the waist. “When is Mallory getting here?”

“Um…there she is!” I called so she could hear me.

“Hey!” she called.

“Hey Mallory!”

“Getting cozy are we?”

“I think so.” Lucy replied.

“Lucy! Hey!”

“Hey…how are you?”

“Good…perfect now that I’m here with you guys.”

“Aw so sweet.” I replied.

“Let’s show you around…or at least pretend to. Some people from our school are going to be wandering this place checking to see if we’re showing you around and if we’re not then we will be sent to school.”

“That sucks…but at least you get out of school right?”

“Yea I guess…let’s go!”

“Alright…wait. I don’t know these people.”

“Oh yea…” I said as I introduced them all over again.

“Cute…hot…sexy…I don’t know anymore…” Mallory stuttered.

“Yea I know.” I replied to her sudden shyness.

“Let’s go before I faint or something.”

“You’re hilarious.”

“I know.” The rest of the day was spent driving around the city of Belleview, shopping and stuff. Ya know? The important stuff. We finally got done with that and went home.

“We have band practice.” Gerard stated, obviously showing off.

“But you never said-“

“Yes we did…”

“But-“ Frank shut me up by putting his finger to my lips. I licked it so he would move it.

“Feisty or Kinky? I’m not sure about you.”

“Yes you are…you wouldn’t be dating me if you weren’t.”

“Figures.” Mallory said.

“What?”

“You get the hottest one.” She whispered in my ear.

“But I thought you thought they were all-“ I was cut off yet again by her shushing me.

“Let’s go then.” Lucy stated waiting so we could go hear them ‘practice’. Show offs. We went to Frank’s house, since his mom was the best when it came to practicing.

“Hey Mrs. Iero.”

“Hey sweetie. I see you have new friends.”

“Not totally new. I’ve known them for a while. They just flew over.”

“I see, well just call if you need anything.”

“Yes we will Mrs. Iero.”

“I never told you to do this before but you might as well call me Linda.”

“Thanks but I don’t know. I just doesn’t feel right.”

“Nonsense. Call me Linda. It’s easier.”

“Thanks…Linda.” By the time my conversation with Mrs. Iero was over everyone was already downstairs setting up.

“Finally. I missed you.” Frank said kissing me.

“I was just upstairs.”

“I know which was weird ‘cause you were talking with my mom. Scary.”

“We didn’t talk about that.”

“Just checking.”

“Well we weren’t so stop being so freaking nervous.”

“Ok…” He said while slinging his guitar strap over his shoulder and attaching it to his guitar.

“This one is called ‘Demolition Lovers’.” Gerard announced to his ‘audience’. Me and Sasha cheered this being our favorite song and all.

Hand in mine, into your icy blues
And then I'd say to you we could take to the highway
With this trunk of ammunition too
I'd end my days with you in a hail of bullets

I'm trying, I'm trying
To let you know just how much you mean to me And after all the things we put each other through and

I would drive on to the end with you
A liquor store or two keeps the gas tank full
And I feel like there's nothing left to do
But prove myself to you and we'll keep it running

But this time, I mean it
I'll let you know just how much you mean to me
As snow falls on desert sky
Until the end of everything
I'm trying, I'm trying
To let you know how much you mean
As days fade, and nights grow
And we go cold

Until the end, until this pool of blood
Until this, I mean this, I mean this
Until the end of...

I'm trying, I'm trying
To let you know how much you mean
As days fade, and nights grow
And we go cold

But this time, we'll show them
We'll show them all how much we mean
As snow falls on desert sky
Until the end of every...

All we are, all we are
Is bullets I mean this
[x4]

As lead rains, pass on through our phantoms
Forever, forever
Like scarecrows that fuel this flame we're burning
Forever, and ever
Know how much I want to show you you're the only one
Like a bed of roses there's a dozen reasons in this gun

And as we're falling down, and in this pool of blood
And as we're touching hands, and as we're falling down
And in this pool of blood, and as we're falling down
I'll see your eyes, and in this pool of blood
I'll meet your eyes, I mean this forever.
” Gerard finally finished and we all hooped and hollered seeming had loved the song.

“You really like it?” Gerard asked with a hint of disbelief in his voice.

“Oh yea. we love it!”

“Thanks.”

“It’s awesome and you know that. You came down here to impress and you did, obviously.”

“Did not.”

“Don’t play dumb with me.”

“I’m not.”

“Let’s see, picking up girls from the airport, then scheduling an unscheduled practice out of the wild blue yonder. Show offs much?”

“Bob told me to!” Gerard confessed. The room erupted in laughter except for Bob of course.

“Stop laughing at me!”

“Well if you would laugh then we would be laughing with you…”

“Yea, yea.”

“I got a brilliant beyonf brilliant idea.” I stated.

“What babe?”

“Let’s watch ‘Betelguese’.”

“Good idea. No. Great idea! Let’s go.” The rest of the day was spent watching ‘Betelgeuse’, ‘Corpse Bride’, and saved the best for last, ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’. We finally finished our marathon and spent the night at Frank’s much to my delight. No sex though. We can’t with so many people around but that’s ok. I don’t want our whole relationship to end up like that anyways. It was a good day though.
