After the death of two colleagues and friends and the near destruction of Cardiff, not much else could top it, until Jack's world crumbled before his eyes in the pouring rain.
This is a Torchwood fanfic set post-Exit Wounds. I wanted to delve more into Jack's mental state after being buried underground for nearly two thousand years. It's a bit of a character study that's turned into a lot more.
This is considered an AU, only for Gwen and Rhys. Everything else is considered IC to me.
