Black Bird

Lucy has come to Water's Edge in hopes to assist her Gran in running her bookshop. Not soon after moving in her mother dies and her sister goes missing. As the days pass she begins having visions of a mysterious man near the woods who seems to be beckoning for her to come to him. Her dreams have turned into nightmares and for some reason a crow has been following her. Each day becomes darker as the man in her vision gets closer.

Will she discover who he is or will she lose her self in the process?

Chapter One
She felt lost as she looked at the black bird, it wasn't really black though, purple and green glossed it's wings and back. The color reminded her of an oil spill in the water, like a muddied rainbow.
Chapter Two
In just a few minutes Silas had proven he wasn't anything like when he was younger. Still, though, there was something off about him that screamed not to trust him.
