In 1981 the Youngblood mafia family passed a law stating that playing any type of music in the city of Chicago, was against the law. Any bands found playing in the city, were arrested, put in jail, and were forced to disband.
3 years later after the corruption of Chicago, a prophecy was discovered hidden deep in a Chicago Church.
The prophecy stated that:
A boy with a symbol of the mythical Fire bird called the Phoenix, would defeat the Dark Ones and bring music back to the city, with the help of his 3 friends who would share the same symbol.
