1.a letter from Luke (professer layton)
I was Happy to Recieve a letter from my young apprentice Luke today, Although the content of the letter shocked me. Luke recently moved to a new town with his mother and father,Brookeshire, He moved around 2 months ago and I was hoping to hear from him soon. I recived the letter around noon It looked inportent so I went back to my office to read it, inside the letter read:
Dear professer,
It's me your loyal apprentice Luke! I'm settled in my new town now, I may not have met many friends.. but who needs friends when you can talk to animal's.My dad promised I could write to you soon We spent that much time together It feels strange you not being there, even after 2 months!
I'd like to say that Brookeshires a nice town and everybody's ok here but that would be lying, well it is a nice town! but... not everythings normal here recently.About a month after we moved here people started to go missing no-one knows why or when just one day there, next day gone! I tried to investigate the situation myself but who better to solve it than you! (with my help of course). I will explain these strange disapperances in more detail when you visit, and please come soon because people are starting to go missing almost everyday now! I've attatched the train routes to get here that my father gave me for you,

This mystery was stranger than any mystery I'd ever solved before, and considering the thought that this may effect Luke made it even more urgent that I go to Brookeshire.My case is already packed and now I will drive the Laytonmobile to the trainstation to go to Brookeshire.
Who know's what or who is causing these strange dissaperances?
