Vic's life so far (his thoughts)
Today is the first day of school... and I'm really not looking forward to it. It's my last year here, but i just have to go through one more year of bullying and names. At least i have my best friend, Kellin, with me.
Kellin and I have been friends for a while now. He moved here last year, when eleventh grade started. Before he came, i was all alone. I had no friends, and people would make fun of me. I would sit at a table with nobody during lunch, and people would throw things at me. Everyone thinks I'm gay, even though I'm not. Neither is Kellin. We both have a pretty high voice, which is why people assume we are gay. We also hang out the whole school day, which made people think we are even more gay.
Well... i have a pretty bad childhood memory. My dad died when i was in tenth grade, and i loved my dad a lot. He would always cheer me up when i was sad, he would take days off of work just to hang out with my brother and I. But when he was driving home from work one day, a late shift, a drunk driver hit his car while he was texting me. The last text i ever got from him was...
"Im coming home right now, Love you. :)"
I hate thinking about it. Tenth grade was probably the worst year of my life. After my dad died, lets just say my mom didn't take it too well. She would skip work, and lock herself in her room, and would cry all day. She loved my father just as much as i did. We never talk about it anymore. Moving on....
My brother, Mike, is really awesome. He cares about me a lot. Even though he is younger then me. He is in eleventh grade, just one year lower than me. We both care about each other, and thats all there is to it.
Kellin and i have been in most of the same classes last year. I really hope we have the same classes this year also... speaking of Kellin, here he comes right now!
