A Beautiful Night With a Stranger

The next morning I woke up to the feeling of warms fingers tracing patterns on my back. I opened my eyes and found those beautiful garnet eyes staring back at me. “Last night was a beautiful night spent with a stranger.” The Stranger whispered. “And stranger’s we’ll stay we said at the same time. We understood each other completely. Last night was just an escape and nothing more. We both got dressed in silence. We walked down the lobby, hand in hand. He paid for the room. I felt like I was going to be sick. I knew I couldn’t see this beautiful man again. I was so grateful for this one night. We walked to the front of the hotel. I waved down a cab. I turned to the man I had just spent the night with. “Good-bye beautiful stranger.” He smiled a crooked smile and leaned down to give me a gentle kiss with his beautiful lips. “Good-Bye Whatshername.” I got into the cab and didn’t look back. I would probably forget him, but I would never forget the time.
