Flashback:
(Naruto POV)
I was just about to ask again until the girl performed some hand symbols before clasping her hands together and I was awed by what happened next.

(Naruto POV)
The water shot out from the bucket encircling the girl and her tiger in a thin line. The water was emitting a light blue chakra Continuously becoming lighter until I had to cover my eyes. She lifted her hand straight up and the water made one more circle before racing up to stay on her hand. Pressing her hands together once more she dragged half of the water on her left hand and then finally pressed it to her tiger's heart and within a heart beat her tiger shot right back up growling at us. 'Shit.'
(Artemis POV)
I laid a hand on Aria's head, "Down girl the Blondie there actually saved us." He smiled widely while placing his hands in his pockets. His wave of proudness started to effect me and I couldn't help but smile widely too. 'Damn, why can't I control this!'
I let my smile fall almost as fast as it came up. Jiraiya gave me a weird look. 'I have to be careful around him, I can't let him catch on.'
Aria looked from me to Jiraiya and just stood there staring at him while he stared back. "....." I wondered what was going on through her feline head," .... OMG JIRAIYA!!!!!" She leaped on top of the toad senin and started to lick his face. I sweat dropped, she was just trying to remember his face. "Oh come on Aria it's mine turn now."
I tugged Aria off and helped the old man to his feet before giving him a full on bear hug. "Its really good to see you..."
"You too kid," he broke the hug off to look me up and down, "you've grown a lot since the last time we saw each other haven't you."
"I hope," I felt the boy's stare as well and I couldn't help but slightly blush.
"......" Jiraiya was still staring a me intensely
"What?"
".... do you happen to be 18?" he ask straight forward. I stared at him a little confused until it hit me what he actually meant. And well, let's say it felt good punching him a good 6 meters away from me. "I'm still 15 you sick pervert!" I grabbed him by the collar and started to shake him violently causing him a nose bleed (or was then when I punched him?) "and who do you think you are asking girls that, EH?!?!!! Its just wrong you insane old man!!!"
(Jiraiya POV)
'Shit why did I have to say that....Damn you Tsunade, you taught her too well....'
(Naruto POV)
I was just staring at the scene scared shit-less. 'Man this girl is scary.'
But at the same time I couldn't help but smirk at the sight, it's about time that pervert got beat up. Jiraiya eyes were wide when he locked eyes with me, "Quick my apprentice help me!"
"Yea right," I scoffed' "think again Gramps. You've final got what you deserve."
"Fine but don't let her catch you with my Icha-Icha Paradise." he smirked, that bastard.
The girl turned and started for me, her hand was raised ready to strike. I cringed waiting for the blow, but it never came. I caught her just in time as she fainted. The tiger was by my side at once. Jiraiya on the other hand was still on the floor wiping the blood from his face. Idiot.
"Here," the tiger spoke, "lay her on my back." I did so, not wanting to get clawed to death.
"Will she be alright?" I couldn't help but stare at her face, she looked so peaceful.
"Yes, she just exhausted her chakra. We can take her to the Clan and the Elder will heal her up."
"Clan?"
"Yes, follow me." and with that she started off without another word. Jiraiya just shrugged and followed her without question. Is it me or is this day just weird.
Once we arrived at the Clan's camping grounds two women came straight for the girl and rushed her into a dainty looking hut. Waiting outside of the hut was a small old woman.
"Come and meet the Elder of the Clan."
(Artemis POV)
I was standing in darkness, knowing there was no way out. But then this light appeared and I couldn't help myself from smiling.
And then I woke up. I stared around the room taking in my surroundings. 'Elders hut, thank the lord.' I looked at myself and realized I was in nothing but my under garments and having a feeling Jiraiya was a round I started lookin for my clothes.
Once I was dressed I walked out of the room and was greeted by Aria, the Elder, the Perv, and that blonde kid. He and I locked eyes, I sat down across from him and I could see from the corner of my eye that he kept staring. "So what is this an intervention?"
" How do you feel dear?" asked the Elder, ignoring my sassy attitude. She always did have a way of calming people down.
"I feel great," I managed to smile even though it hurt to breathe, "Thank you Elder."
"Hn." growled Aria, "You're a horrible liar."
I just stuck my tongue out, not even denying it. Still feeling that boy's stare burn through me. I couldn't help it, "Why are you staring so much?"
The question seemed to have taken him back a little but he recovered in like three nano seconds. "Sorry, it's just that..."
"What?"
"That tattoo, it's an Anbu seal isn't it?"
Well that certainly caught me off guard. The air around the room was quite tense since everyone but that kid knew what happened during the past 5 years. "What is your name?"
"Mine?" he asked
"No the other blonde kid behind you." i said sarcastically and face palmed myself when he actually turned around to see who I was talking about. "Moron, I really meant you."
"Eh? Oh," everyone sweat dropped, "I'm Naruto Uzumaki a Shinobi of Konoha and one day I will be Hokage!" He got really excited I bet he even forgot why he asked about my tattoo. I slightly stiffened when he mentioned his name though. 'So the jinchurikki was the one to save me...great.'
"Hn, hokage huh? Well then I guess I have to tell you," Aria laid by my feet trying to comfort me, trying to take away all the bad memories of my old village. "I am Artemis Kaza and to answer your question the tattoo is an Anbu seal." He seemed taken back.
"But then that means--"
"Yes I am a Shinobi of the Leaf...well I was anyways."
