My Brother, His Best Friend and I

"He was fucking checking you out!" My best friend Sydney shouted/whispered during math class, "You were half naked, an he's a guy, I bet he was eye fucking you!" She got dirty looks from the girls beside us

I playfully slapped her arm and turned back around trying to concentrate on the math test we were suppose to be having, after what she said my head was swimming with ideas and none of them had to do with this test.

I felt her playfully poke me in the back, I quick glanced at Mr. Sanders and turned around to grab her note. "Andrea" I flinched at the use of my real name, I turned to look at Mr. Sanders, and he held out his hand for the note, I got up and made my way through the rows of chairs, earning "Oooos" from everybody. Were they gonna grow up?

he handed me a detention slip as I handed him the note, I turned back to sit and gave Sydney the finger and she only smiled and shook her head. I went the rest of the day without getting any trouble, after the last bell rang I made my way to the detention room.

I handed in my slip and walked to the back of the class,getting weird looks from everybody in there, guess they didn't expect to see me here. I pulled out my book and started to read, trying to pass the time, I must have been so into my book that I didn't hear the door open.

"You rebel, what did you do?" he whispered making me jump a little, I shrugged trying to come up with a witty answer.

"I got caught in the bathroom...with a guy" I told him with a wink,I laughed as his jaw hit the floor. I went back to my book and heard him move his chair closer, I looked up to see if anybody noticed, they didn't.

"So did Jason tell you" I gave him a puzzled look and shook my head "Jamie and I are done" He looked at the ground, I placed my hand on his arm for comfort, he just looked up and smiled.

I tried to lighten the mood "What did you do to get here?" I asked looking around,catching eyes with one of the most creepiest guys I had ever seen

"I didn't finish my homework" He sighed, I couldn't help but laugh

"What a bad boy" He just rolled his eyes and smirked

"Only for you love' he whispered and my breath caught in my throat and I heard him laugh

He didn't say anything the rest of Detention, we walked out of class together and stopped by his locker and grabbed his stuff. "See ya later Kap" I said as I started walking away but he grabbed my hand and spun me back around and pinned me against the locker

"Can I try something with you?" He questioned leaning in really close, I couldn't do anything but nod as his lips touched mine. I was shocked for a few seconds before I started kissing back, my hands snaked around his neck when I heard someone screech from behind us

"COLIN WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?" I pushed him off and saw Jamie standing there pissed as hell

"Now you know what it feels like to see someone you love kiss another girl" Colin barked at her, wait what? "Now maybe you won't do it anymore"

I finally found my voice "I thought you two were done?"

"Honey no, he was trying to make me jealous!" I wasn't gonna cry infront of them, I wasn't "You thought you had a shot with him?" I stayed quiet "Poor child" she smiled

I started to walk down the hall out the front door to my car, I had to get outta here, I almost had my door unlocked when Colin caught up with me.

"I'm sorry, okay?, I shouldn't have taken it that far" his voice barely above a whisper "it's just she does that to me all the time with different guys and I just wanted her to see what he felt like, I had to find the person she hated the most" My eyes got huge

"Fuck you Colin!, So you pick your best friend's sister? That's fucked up just like your relationship, I thought we were friends, I trusted you!" I shouted

"We are friends! you are like a sister to me!" he shouted right back

"Wrong, you don't do that to sisters and don't think that I'm keeping this from Jason either" He finally let me get in my car

I drove home and sat in the driveway for what seemed like forever, I finally manage to stop crying long enough to make it to my room without something stopping me. I was wrong, I couldn't tell Jason, it would kill their friendship and I can't do that.
