Amity is a beautiful but hopeless young woman who finds nearly every moment of her broken-down life a struggle. She would rather write her feelings in a locked up journal rather than express them. Her lack of self-esteem and, as she sees it, no other options has led her to prostitution in order to take care of the love of her life, Lily.
Lily is out of her mind. To the naked eyes of a stranger, her madness might be picked up as oddities. She can't control her emotions, her mind zigzags all around and she's blissfully ignorant to the shit-show around her but she loves Amity with all her heart and does not question where she disappears to at night.
And every night for the two has been like the last- until the worst night of their empty lives.
