They left and I speed home and changed into http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=106702186. This being the first time I did hair extensions I think I did pretty good. Everything turned out perfect until I realized I had no coat. Of course it had to be a freezing fall night here with the temperature of freaking 26 degree Fahrenheit. Going over my options I realized that I could wear Geno's hoodie to the dinner and hurry run in through the back and ditch it somewhere back there. I pull this sweatshirt over my head and run as fast as I can in these high heels and almost slip like 50,000 times. Finally I get in the car and crank the heat up to realize I am super low on gas and right after I curse the world I speed to the gas station and realize I left my card at home so I run into the gas station and give the girl a twenty before attempting to run to my car and avoiding getting run over by cars. I finally get to the pump and start pumping the gas of course not with out a couple of bastards yelling sexist jokes. I finally get in my car and start driving and I am closer than halfway to the event and I get stopped by the cop as he comes to the window I tell him that I need to be off to this event and everything so he lets me off with a warning. I finally get there and run out of my car to the doors and they will not open so finally one of the equipment managers let me in. I pushed past him and started full fledged running down this hall. I see Geno, Sid, and Nealsy in the connecting hall and they all are telling me to go over there and I said
"Hey I got here."
Geno said
"My hoodie?"
"Yes I had no jacket that looked decent so here I am . Like the new look?"
They all laughed and Sid said
"You are going to take the sweatshirt off right?"
"No why do I not look up to par?"
Nealsy said
"come on Lyss take it off."
Geno said "
You better have an appropriate top to the dress."
Finally after them wrestling the Sweatshirt off of my dress. I said
"okay boys you have officially ruined my look, congrats while I freeze in the dinning hall. I will see you there."
They laughed as I ran to the dining hall and I saw Samantha's blonde hair so I ran over to them and of course like all girls do they give complements to each other for about 15 minutes and then we where told to sit. They showed a video about the team and fans. After the video ended I asked the girls what they wanted to drink. Hope said
"I don't think they want you to get the food or drinks."
I laughed and said
"Welp they are going to have to deal."
I walked to the back and started to get the drinks before Staal said
"Hun, what are you doing?"
"Getting our drinks why?"
"Its my job."
"No you have five other tables I can do it."
He started to massage my shoulders and lead me to my seat. Staalsy said
"Hi lovely ladies my name is Jordan Staal and I will be waiting on you what can I get you to drink."
(This part is going to have a lot of text so I abbreviated S-Samantha H- Hope C- Crystal J- Staal A-Alyssa)
S- "I will have a water."
C- "Oh yeah that as well."
H- "Make that 3."
A- "Can I have a shot of whisky?"
J- "Okay so 4 waters coming right up."
He started walking away as I yelled for him, nice.
C- "So where are you all from?"
H- "I am from Ontario, Canada."
S- "New York."
A- "I am from FLA."
C- "Cool, I am actually from around here."
H- "So does anyone have any nicknames?"
S-"Oh yeah you guys can call me Sam."
C- " I don't have one. I always wanted one but never got one."
S- "How about Shorty?"
A- "Oh yeah I always wanted to call someone that but yeah."
H- "But Alyssa is the shortest."
A- "That is perfectly fine."
C- "Shorty it is."
I heard someone calling my name and I turned to see it was Geno. He started waving me over and I said
"That boy is going to kill me. I will be right back."
When I got to him he pointed to this elderly couple and said
"Lyss this is my parents."
He turned to them and said something and Russian. The woman reached out to hug me so I of course hugged back. She said something to Geno in Russian. He looked at me and said
"She said you are like the daughter she never had."
I smiled and started to get teary eyed and said
"Tell her it means a lot to me. For someone to say that its unbelievable."
She smiled so big after he said that and then she told him something after that. So Geno said
"She says Make sure to take care of my boy. Not too many ladies for him, Okay. Almost 1 for 2 months."
I smiled and said
"As his sister he's lucky if he gets that."
Geno translated and we both laughed. Everyone was told to get to their seats so I told him to tell them
"It was nice meeting you. Hopefully we will talk soon."
He translated and we hugged. I jogged to my table before dinner started. I sat down to see our waters where there. (Just to remind you S-Samantha H- Hope C- Cristal J- Staal A-Alyssa)
A- "Hey guys sorry I took so long."
H- "No problem."
We started to you know just talking about random stuff. Until I looked over and saw Sam had an alcoholic drink with little white specks in it.
A- "How much of that drink did you drink?"
S-"Very little why?"
A-"Its spiked."
C- "But I think that's just sugar."
A- "No sugar looks more like a Crystal. Rohypnol will never dissolve completely. Can I see the drink?"
She handed it over and I showed Shorty.
A- "I will go talk to the bartender don't tell anyone."
"Hey I got here."
