In Too Deep

Chapter 15

A month. That's how long it has been since the party and since then Vic has been avoiding Jake like the plague. He has the fear that at any minute the bully is going to pop out, egging on the voices that still whisper in his head. On the bright side, Kellin and Vic have been together for one month, three weeks, and two days. But he defiantly wasn't counting, Jaime was counting for him. Vic went up to his locker, slamming his head against it.
"Ow." He whispered to himself. It was Wednesday and he was waiting by his locker for Kellin. The pale boy claimed he had a surprise.
"Ah don't hurt your face." Vic turned around to see Kellin with a nervous smile, hands shoved deep in his pockets. "I like your face."
"It's my face. I'm allowed to do what I want with it." Vic paused. "Like getting my nose pierced." He grumbled. Kellin had successfully got them off the topic at the mall. He wasn't even trying to. It just so happened that of you did anything to distract Vic then everything else would be forgotten. Including homework, especially homework.
"How about I take you to the mall soon and we'll get it pierced?" Vic smiled, running forward to throw his arms around his neck. Kellin laughed. "But not tonight. Tonight I'm doing something special for you."
"Like what?" Kellin kissed Vic's cheek.
"You'll just have to find out. Come by my house tonight." Vic tensed. Kellin's house was where Mr. Bostwick was. He really didn't want to have another beating. "My dad isn't there. My mom is taking him away." Vic swallowed.
"That means we will be alone." Kellin pulled away, looking at Vic's scared face.
"We don't have to do anything more than what we already do." Vic nodded. He wasn't scared through. He want this to happen, he was just afraid that he would screw it up somehow. Kellin wrapped his arm around the tan boy's waist and started leading them torwards the football field.
"It's fine. I mean, I don't think I would mind if we went any farther. Just like Kevin says, I can't get pregnant. I shouldn't worry about it." Kellin raised an eyebrow as his boyfriend gave a nervous laugh.
"It will be your first time Vic. You're allowed to be worried." Vic took a deep breath. "Don't think about that. It most likely will never happen tonight. Let's just have a good night okay?"
"Okay." Vic could hear the echos of someboy's footsteps in the hallway. He pushed Kellin away as Jake came around the corner. He smirked at the couple.
"Kellin I was just looking for you. Want to hang out tonight?" Kevin came aroun the corner. He knew what Kellin had planned for Vic tonight.
"He can't. He's hanging out with me." Vic mumbled an apology and ran towards the football field. Kellin watched him go.
"Can I come hang out-"
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" Kellin turned to face Jake.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean the only person that has tried to hang out with me is Kevin. When did your sudden interest start?" Jake rolled his eyes.
"It started when you're hanging around freak. I swear he's turning you into a fag." He put on his fake puppy eyes. "I just don't want to lose my friend."
"Bullshit." Kellin muttered before leaving to go after Vic. As soon as Kellin was out of view, Kevin slammed Jake against the nearest wall. The scrawny ginger could do nothing but struggle against the other boy's grip.
"I agree with Kellin. This is bullshit. What's your game?"
"My game is that I saw Vic and Kellin making out in the hallway. We need to find-" Jake stopped, looking at Kevin's unsurprised face. "You knew."
"If you mess with them, I will make sure that have a room reserved for you in the hospital." Kevin's voice grew dark. He wasn't about to let his friend lose the most important thing in his life.
"Wait until Amy finds ou-" Jake's sentence was stopped by Kevin's fist colliding with his cheek. He slumped to the ground, clutching his cheek. Blood was flowing from his busted lip.
"If you tell her anything, it will be a casket." Kevin left the other boy sitting on the ground. He needed to talk to Vic. He made his way up to the football field. Kellin was helping the coach with drills and Vic was up in the bleachers talking with his friends. Kevin took the steps two at a time, landing in front of the tan boy. "We need to talk."
"Okay." Vic hesitated a little before following Kevin to a more private area. They sat down next to each other.
"Jake knows." Kevin blurted.
"I know."
"What?!" Vic shrugged. "Why didn't you tell me?"
"Because I knew you would freak. I haven't even told Kellin."
"He is going to use that to threaten you Vic!" Vic looked at the ground with sad eyes. "He's already done that, hasn't he?"
"He said something's that hit close to home. But we made up and now everything is back to normal." Kevin threw his hands up dramatically.
"Nothing about your relationship is normal! You hide away everything. You guys got together because Oli claimed that you need each other." Vic stood up, walking over to the railing, and leaning against it to get a clear view of his boyfriend. Kevin mimicked his movements. "You have to tell him." Vic felt tears start to form.
"I will later." He whispered as a tear escaped his eye. "I don't want to lose him." Kevin started rubbing his back.
"He would give up everything for you." They watched the football team in total silence.
"That's what I'm afraid of." Kellin ran over to where the boys were talking.
"You read- what's wrong?" Kellin watched a Vic wiped away the tears from his eyes. He gave Kellin a reassuring smile.
"Nothing. I promise." Kellin didn't buy it. There was something wrong. "Let's go." Vic jumped over the railing, landing in front of the pale male. They walked to the car and Kellin opened the door for Vic again. "You have to stop doing that. I'm not the woman in this."
"I think you are." Kellin whispered. Vic hit the other boy's shoulder. "Ow." Kellin kept his eyes on the road.
"I'm not the woman." Vic mumbled childishly.
"We'll see about that." Kellin smiled when he saw a blush spread across those tan features. He pulled into the driveway. "Come over around 7 okay?" He gave Vic a soft kiss on the lips.
"Okay." Vic stared torwards his house.
"Vic?" Kellin pulled him into another kiss. "Dress comfortable." Vic raised an eyebrow as Kellin walked into his own house. He had no idea what the other boy had planned but he found himself enticed. Now he had to wait.

*7:00ish*

Kellin heard the door bell ring from his bedroom. He jumped down the stairs, stumbling when he hit the hardwood floor. He yanked the door open. Vic had a amused smile on his face. He was wearing a pair of black skinnies and a plain blue tshirt.
"I heard you trip." Kellin pulled his boyfriend inside.
"I didn't trip. No hoodie tonight?" Vic shrugged Kellin off.
"I figured you've seen it all so why hide it." Kellin pushed the tan boy against the door closing it in the process.
"I haven't seen everything yet."
"The door is right here. It wouldn't be hard to leave." Kellin rolled his eyes.
"Come on." He pulled Vic up the stairs stopping in front of his doorway. "Listen I know this is really corny but hey I thought you would like it."
"I'm sure that I'll like it." Kellin opened his bedroom door. Inside blankets and pillows were spread in front of Kellin's tv. There were movies waiting on the desk. Vic walked over, brushing his fingers along the titles. He smiled when he realized they were all scary movies. Kellin shut the door and watched his boyfriend look around the room.
"I know they're scary movies but I thought it would be an extra reason to be close to you." Kellin shrugged. He was surprised when he was caught in a kiss.
"It's perfect." Vic smiled before purposely falling, bringing Kellin down on top of him. He made a little 'oof' and Kellin propped himself on his elbows.
"Are you okay?" Vic started laughing as he threw his head back.
"I-I'm f-fine."
"You scared the shit out of me." Vic pulled the boy closer so they were brushing lips.
"I'm sorry." Kellin closed the gap between them. Vic tangled his fingers in the other boy's black locks. Kellin went to lift the tan boy's shirt up.
"Wait. Stop." Vic put himself in a sitting position and Kellin did the same. He was nervous. He wanted this to go on but he couldn't help the fact that he was shaking. He could only think that a kiss could lead to something more then that could be the end. Kellin would have everything Vic had to offer.
"What's wrong?"
"Can we just watch a movie right now?" Kellin nodded and got up to put the disc in the player. He turned off the lights before return next to Vic. He noticed that the tan male's hands were shaking. He laced their fingers together.
"Like I said, nothing has to go farther than what we've already been doing." Vic rested his head against Kellin's shoulder. They watched the first thirty minutes in silence.
"Will you still love me if we, um, you know?" Kellin looked at the top of Vic's head. He let out a little chuckle as he tilted the other boy's head back.
"I will always love you. You're my everything." He kissed Vic's cheek lightly. Their attention returned to the the movie. A few minutes later Kellin noticed that Vic kept moving and looking at him. "What's up?"
"Nothing."
"Liar." Kellin poked Vic in the side. The tan boy let out a little squeak.
"Don't." Kellin let a mischievous grin spread across his face. He leaned in closer to Vic.
"Or what?" Vic shivered as hot breath spilled down his neck.
"I-I don't k-know." He cursed his nervousness. Kellin said nothing would happen if he didn't want it to. But he wanted it to. Maybe that's why he was shaking. "Kellin?"
"Yeah?" Vic pulled their lips together, bringing Kellin on top of him. Kellin was surprised by this sudden boldness. Of course he wasn't going to stop, he was a teenage boy. He felt Vic tug on the hem of his shirt. He pulled away looking in those brown eyes. "Are you sure?"
"I'm sure."
"It's going to hurt." Vic swallowed.
"I know." His voice was weak.
"Are you absolutely positive?"
"Kellin." He said sternly. "I know you're being sweet and everything but I don't want to change my mind." Kellin moved a few of strands of Vic's hair from in front of his eyes. He noted how the tan boy was shaking.
"I want you to know, you don't have to do this. We can stop whenever you want."
"I want to." Kellin lowered their foreheads to touch. He didn't want to pressure Vic into this. Everything was the boy's first. "I trust you." Kellin felt his heart beat faster. Vic trusted him.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
"I swear I'll try to make it as comfortable as possible." Kellin wasn't lying. He made sure everything was as gentle as possible. When Vic started to cry because the pain, he would stop and gently kiss the tan boy. A thin layer of sweat formed on both of their bodies when the pain was finally dulled. Kellin felt Vic's fingernails digging into his skin maybe drawing blood. He loved the sight of their bodies tangle together. It was such a clash of color. Vic was a deep caramel color and Kellin was a lightly tanned white.
"Thank you." Vic murmured. He was laying against Kellin's chest, lightly drawing patterns on his skin. Kellin was laying on his back with his eyes closed. They both had a blanket covering their bare lower halves.
"What are you thanking me for?"
"For caring." Kellin ran his fingers through Vic's hair.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Vic shifted, wincing when he felt pain come from his lower back and other....area.
"I think I'm just going to be sore." Kellin kissed the tip of the other boy's nose.
"Do you want to stay home tomorrow? I think your friends are going to know why you're limping."
"You weren't that good." Kellin raised his eyebrows as Vic looked at him with a teasing smile.
"We could always go for round two. I can't make sure you aren't walking for a week and that beautiful voice of yours gone." Vic placed a kiss on Kellin's neck.
"Don't tempt me." Kellin laughed.
"Not tonight sweetheart. You need some sleep. Do you want to stay here or go to the bed?" Vic groaned.
"I don't want to move." He closed his eyes, snuggling up against his boyfriend's side. Kellin's hand was still brushing through the soft brown locks.
"What do you dream about Vic?" Kellin was waiting for the lying to start. He knew what Vic dreamt about, thanks to Oli.
"I dream about you leaving me. I use to dream about killing Oli but that stopped about a month ago."
"After tonight are you going to keep dreaming that I'll leave you." Vic rolled his eyes.
"You still can."
"Well I'm not. I'm in this for the long run now." Vic pulled Kellin into a deep kiss. He rolled over bringing the pale boy on top of him. Kellin moved to his neck, making small hickies down a line.
"Quiero estar contigo para siempre. Por favor, no me dejes. Te amo Kellin." Kellin stopped.
"What did you say?" Vic blushed. He hadn't meant to stay that out loud. "I know at the end you said you love me but what was the rest?"
"It was nothing. It was just a more complicated way to say I love you. Don't worry CariƱo." Kellin pulled Vic into his chest.
"Sleep. I'll be here in the morning with you."
"I love you."
"I will always love you. Forever with you is all I need."
