Dear Jack,
It’s almost Thanksgiving! I hope you have a great holiday with your family and friends; if only I could have a great holiday with mine. Actually, a friend that I made that works in the coffee shop with me is also spending his Thanksgiving without his family and friends, so he has invited me to his house for dinner and to watch football. I’ll be rooting for the Ravens, of course. I’m sure you will be, too.
The savings in my bank account are finally starting to add up, Jack. Pretty soon, I may have enough to get an apartment big enough for the both of us, maybe even a house. I know I keep saying this, but I really can’t wait. It’s been almost 3 months since I’ve seen you; I miss you so, so much.
My bed is cold and lonely.
