Empty Skull

my mind is clouded. with thoughts of you. but i've never had a lighter skull.
a heavier heart.
never had to look into a few months from now.
and for once, it all feels
right.

no one has ever been so excited to see me. the only thing that takes the smile off my face,
is your mouth.
and even then, it sometimes shows through.
