I don’t think I could have kept the ring a secret from Casey if I tried, she saw the shiny ring on my finger and she was all over it like bee is to a wild flower. She smiled and took out her phone right away calling one of our close friends, Emma. She waited patiently with Brian’s arms wrapped around her waist.

“Emma?” Casey smiled.

A voice laughed from the other end. “The last time I checked I wasn’t a girl Case,”

Casey raised her eyebrow and took the phone away from her ear, confusion was written all over her face. I walked over to her and looked at her face I couldn’t help but laugh at the sight of it.

“What’s the matter Casey?” I asked her softly.

“I called Emma right…but Emma didn’t answer the phone,” she told me.

“Awe! Did Nick answer the phone?” I giggled; I couldn’t help but giggle just thinking of Nick answering the telephone.

“No, for some odd reason it sounds like…Tom.” Casey told me, as she put the phone back to her ear. “Who is this?” she asked.

“You guessed right,” he laughed.

“Oh my god TOM!” Casey squealed and jumped up and down. Brian looked at her like she was crazy and she clapped her hands a few time. “Happy to hear my voice or something?”

“Are you crazy? You left without a freaking warning,” Casey growled and wrapped Brian’s arm back around her waist.

“What are you talking about? You, Loren and Emma through me a farewell party; so don’t tell me that I left without a warning you freak.” He laughed. Casey laughed and soon Tom put Emma on the phone; they talked for a few minutes and she shared my big news and hers about carrying a Haner spawn as everyone calls it.

“I think we all should go grab food,” Kat smiled brightly as she looked over at Jimmy who was snuggling Adrianne. Everyone seemed to agree with that and I guess that Casey invited Tom and Emma; and of course my little boyfriend Nick.

We all piled into one another’s car and pulled up to the Olive Garden; I take it that Kat eats here a lot because she already knew what she wanted. We got a huge table and the conversations began quickly; smiling I see Zacky and Jessie sharing kisses making Jimmy gag slightly. Matt smiled and kissed Adrianne softly on her cheek making her burst into a fit of giggles as she looked at her kid’s menu. Matt then turned his attention to me lacing our fingers together under the table, he flashed me a sweet smile. Soon Emma and Tom arrived with little nick; his cute face lit up when he saw me.

“Loren!” He giggled and released his daddy hand and ran into my arms, and before I had the chance to attack his face with kisses he did it to me. Emma gave Casey a congratulatory hug; and Brian one too.

“Congratulations one the little one on the way,” she smiled and took a seat next to Casey. Matt and Tom sure did hit it off fast; they both had a passion for music and that made this dinner filled with an immense amount stories from all ends of the table. Dinner was filled with laughter and gagging from Jimmy as he saw the mushy stuff his sister and Zacky were doing.

“How cute,” Emma laughed. All of the girls were paying attention to Nick and Adrianne play with another; I swore I saw Matt get that daddy look on his face as Adrianne took a hold of Nick’s hand. Tom looked at Matt and smiled, he saw the look on Matt’s face and couldn’t help but feel for him.

“You think of little Adrianne like your own?” Tom asked Matt. I looked at Matt and then at Tom, Tom was with me while I was pregnant with Adrianne he never let my spirits get too low.

“That I do,” Matt smiled.

“Daddy,” Adrianne tugged on his shirt. “Up?” she asked him. Matt smiled and took her in his arms kissing her cheeks softly she stole the breadstick off of his plate and took a bite.

“Hope you didn’t want that,” Johnny laughed.

“Not really,” Matt smiled and kissed me softly.

“Icky…” Adrianne giggled.
