Honesty

They say honesty is best,

Maybe that is correct,

But honesty seems to have only betrayed me,

I used to smile, but now, I only bleed,

Tears that now stream from my veins,

I am the only demon left to blame,

These tears run from my wrists,

A reminder, that perfect doesn't exist.
