Bare

She walks in,

She smiles in my direction,

I blink,

We didn't yet have a connection,

We got told to move,

Somewhere else,

Into another classroom,

But I needed help,

Tears ran,

She hugged me tight,

It wasn't planned,

For us to make an alliance at that time,

But somehow it worked,

And now it makes sense,

She has become a saviour of my world,

And she is so close to being perfect,

Her past may've been dark,

But I believe her future is bright,

She didn't have to reach out for my heart,

But she did and that's how I know that this is right.
