Wanted

I go inside our room, and hear the shower on. Huh, Adam's awake already. 

Then, his phone rings. 

"Who could it be at this hour?" 

I read his phone and see the name 'Min-young'. Hmm, seems familiar.

Wait, wasn't she Min-ho's date during the party? Small world, she knows Adam too!

I answer it, out of curiosity. 

"Babyyyyy! Dinner at 6, okay?"

I dropped the phone at the bed out of surprise and still hear Min-young's voice.

"Adam! Baby? Babyyy? Adaaaammm?"

She hanged up, just before Adam went out of the shower.

"Oh, hey, Annie! Where have you been?" — he says with a smile. 

I stare at him with deadpan eyes and ask him,
 "How long have you been going out with Min-young?"

Silence.

"How'd you know?"

I slap him. Hard.

"You're the last person on Earth who I trusted will always love me. I guess I thought wrong."
With this, tears form at my eyes.
"I've always loved you, Annie. Always."
"If you did, then what's the thing with Min-young?"
".. Just— y'know.."
"Dude. That's SO screwed up. I never thought you'd do that. I'm leaving, Min-ho. I'll take my things sometime."

"Please don't leave me. That's all I'm asking. Please."
"Give me 100 reasons why I shouldn't leave you."
Silence.
"See, I have every right to leave."

I turn and walk away. I slam the door shut as tears stream down my face. 

".. Jillie? Are you all right?"
I look up and see Min-ho staring at me.
