Flower Bed Boy

As the spring of 1926 makes way for summer, Patricia Ashton finds herself observing the dirty-faced son of the family cook, Tom McNally, playing in a flower bed. From there, a friendship blossoms.

But the horrors of war, along with Tom's arising feelings for his dearest friend, threaten to destroy an inexplicable bond that has defied the classes they have been confined to their entire lives.
