Ever After

All those times I tried to be better for him, all the times I gave and gave; He never tried for me. He never gave back. He always had a new excuse. One time I threatened to leave. He was so desperate, he tried to take me on a date of some sort. Just for a walk. I wasn't having any of it, though. I was still angry. Our relationship didn't feel stable, but did it ever? We were going nowhere with our lives, we were merely hoping for fame and fortune. As if we could ever. Our relationship was doomed from the start.

That didn't stop Kellin. Nothing could stop him once he set his mind on something.
