Paige Taylor is a year in to her job as the school therapist in her local high school. At the age of only twenty-four, Paige graduated at the top of class - although nothing could prepare her for what she was yet to face at the school. Her most frequent visitors being the most popular girl in school that visits for selfish reasons, the boy who claims to be madly in love with the most popular girl in school and the suicidal, depressed boy that she wishes she could see more often.
And if that wasn't enough for her, she also has to put up with her reckless and rebellious younger brother who lives a chaotic lifestyle which he brought with him after being thrown out by their parents, along with fighting the strong feelings she has for a teacher at school - even though she has a boyfriend.

Will things get easier for Paige? Or will these endless responsibilities end up pushing Paige in to therapy herself?
