Telling The Fans
*Alan's P.O.V.*
I still remember when I bought the ring.
*Flashback*
I walked into the store. The cashier looked at me and smiled. "How may I help you?" she asked. "Engagement rings." I replied. "Do you have anything in mind?" she showed me where the engagement rings were. "I would like a gold band and I need it engraved." I smiled. "Ok." she pulled out a tray of gold bands. One of them caught my eye. "This one." I showed her the one I wanted. "Ok. So who is the lucky girl or guy?" she asked politely. "I met him in high school. We've always been really close. Everyone thought we were dating." I chuckled. She awww'd. "So, what are getting engraved?" she asked. I told what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. "Come back about 3 hours and it should be ready." she smiled and handed me the receipt.
*A few hours later*
I was driving home with the ring. I planned to propose tomorrow.
*End of flashback*
