Daydreamer

Wicked Games

A long night at work.
I’m only a bartender, yet I’m trying to wash off the scent of sweat and booze from the club.

I sighed and ran my hands though my hair.

I daydreamed so much last night. I’m surprised no one has said anything.

I stood under the water for a couple more minutes before I finally decided to turn the shower off.
A pair of boxers. A white t-shirt.
I hung the towel around the back of my neck and exited the bathroom, making my way towards the living room.

However, I wasn’t alone.

There was a figure, casually sitting on the couch.
The last person that I wanted to see right now.

“I was wondering when you’d finally come out.”

He turned around to look at me, with a toothy grin plastered on his face, and brushed his orange-dyed side fringe from his face.

Austin Thornton.

“Why the fuck are you here?”
“That’s no way to greet a guest, Tyler.”

He stood up and walked towards me.
I tensed up, but didn’t move away.

“Answer my question, Austin.”

He came closer to me and pulled out a bag with small red pills inside, dangling it in front of my face.

“I’m just here to give you some more sleeping pills. That’s all.”
His voice had a mockingly sweet tone to it.

I backed away slightly.

“That was a one-time thing. I was desperate. I don’t need them.”
He came closer than before.

“Are you sure? I know how much you love to daydream, Tyler.”
“I don’t need those pills.”
He brought his lips to my ear.

“That’s not what you said that night when you were practically begging for more.”

I tried to move away again, but he grabbed a hold of my wrists this time and pinned them above my head against the wall.

“Stop…! Let me go…!”
He smirked.

“Be reasonable, Tyler. You wouldn’t want Michael to find out, would you?”
My eyes widened.

“No…! Please! Please don’t tell him!”
He leaned in and pressed his lips against mine.

“That’s what I thought.”

He kissed me again and didn’t hesitate to shove his tongue into my mouth.

I don’t have control. I don’t have control.

He finally moved away and wiped the spit from the corner of his mouth, leaving mine unattended.

“Now, how about you try one of these pills?”

/ / /

They’re not sleeping pills.

But I feel so good.

They’re not legal.

But I feel so weightless.

I’m being used.

But it still feels so good.

“How do you feel, Tyler?”
Austin’s voice.

I giggled as a response.

“Feels good, doesn’t it?”
I nodded.

A kiss to my lips, down to my neck.

“I’m just gonna stay here and make sure that you’ll be okay for the night, okay?”
I smiled and nodded again.

Another kiss to my lips. Hands on my hips, massaging them gently.

My eyes closed and opened.
I blinked a couple of more times until my eyes couldn’t stay open anymore.

“It’s okay, Tyler. Go to sleep. I won’t do anything. At least, not tonight.”

One more kiss to my lips before everything went black.
