Cemetery Angel, Can You Be Fixed?

It's gonna be okay

Are you okay?' a voice whispers and I sit up quickly,
'Fuck, are you okay? Did it get you?' I panic and the young boy looks up at me with bloodshot eyes and shakes his head.
Oh my god he's beautiful. Pale skin. Brown eyes. Messy brown hair. Perfect lips.
'Why the hell did you do that?' he croaks,
'I couldn't let you do it.' I whisper, taking the gun out of his hand,
'I wanted to. That was stupid, I could have killed you.' he whimpers,
'That'd be better than yourself.' I tell him and he stares at me with wide eyes. 'Whats you name?' I ask, looking down at the pretty boy, he sits up shakily,
'Alexander.' he whispers,
'Im Jack. How old are you?' I sigh,
'19.' he says quietly,
'You're so young! Why the hell are you trying to kill yourself?!' I gasp,
'Im not happy. I'm worthless.' he shrugs, more tears rolling down his cheeks, I take his face in my hands and wipe his tears,
'No one is worthless Alexander. Especially not someone as beautiful and young as you.' I whisper,
'J-Jack... Stop, please.' he sighs,
'Would you like me to take you home?' I ask and he shakes his head,
'I don't want to go home. I'll just go for a walk.' he sighs,
'No way. I don't want to hear about a 19 year old boy that jumped off a bridge on the news. You can come with me. I'll look after you for the rest of the day.' I smile softly and help him stand up,
'Whos is this?' I ask, holding the gun up,
'My dads.' he mumbles,
'Will he not notice its gone?' I ask and he shakes his head,
'He has loads of guns.' Alexander whispers,
'Okay. Well you're not getting this back today, okay?' I say softly,
'U-Understandable.' he nods,
'Can you walk okay or are you too shaky?' I ask and he shuffles slightly but almost falls over,
'Shaky.' he whispers and I nod and put the gun in my bag and wrap an arm around his waist and guide him out the cemetery.

-

'Here.' I smile and hand Alexander a mug of tea before kneeling down in front of him,
'Thank you.' he whispers,
'Alexander I need you to talk to me.' I say softly, squeezing his knee,
'I just met you Jack... I-I can't.' he whimpers,
'Alex, please.' I whisper and he smiles when I shorten his name,
'No one ever calls me Alex anymore. I like being called Alex.' he chuckles and I smile at him,
'Why did you stop me?' he asks suddenly,
'I told you. I couldn't let you do it. I couldn't let you shoot yourself on someone's grave.' I whisper,
'It was my brother.' he mumbles,
'Im so sorry.' I sigh,
'I wanted to join him. My mum doesn't care. My dad hates me. My life isn't worth it.' he croaks out and i look up at him sympatheitically, 'Why are you being nice to me. You don't know me.' he mumbles,
'Alex, you are 19, beautiful and clearly troubled, but thats fixable. I'm not letting someone like you leave.' I whisper,
'This is going to sound really fucking weird because we don't know each other, but can I have a hug?' he asks and I chuckle and sit next to him on the couch and wrap my arms around him tightly, he nuzzles into my neck and I rub his back,
'Its gonna be okay Alex. You're gonna be okay.' I whisper in his ear.
