Charlie McCall is a girl with so much beauty she doesn't know what to do with it. She isn't even aware she has it. Her life in South Hollywood was a dream. Parties, drugs, boys, basically everything a 16 year old girl with a mentality such as hers, wants.
Her parent have other ideas. They send her to live with Melissa McCall, her aunt, and her son Scott. Scott and Charlie aren't strangers. They were very close, with Charlie coming to visit for a month every summer. She isn't sure living in the sleepy town of Beacon Hills is really going to it for her.
