Candy Apples

Mom gave me an apple and it stayed under my bed for two weeks until I found a trail of ants. Few days later, Teegan and I made up and I kissed her on her lips. I told her I’m sorry, and she said she was too and that I’ve lost weight. “Yeah,"I replied. Teegan thought skinny looked cute on me, and I agreed. We went out that night, and we met a guy. I told her he was ugly, but Teegan didn’t care. She said there was something about him that she loved. I just rolled my eyes.
