Anna Daniels, a popular tattoo artist who has her own parlour in Long Beach, California, receives a call from the one and only M. Shadows who wants something added to his gradually growing sleeve. While in the midst of his 'City Of Evil' tour, he is able to make a several hour long pit stop.
As the two get cozy during the appointment, what happens next is up to them.
