we took a flight that morning back to Detroit,
I loved California, and I hope to go back soon, we spent the flight with me watching a movie and Marshall writing and with his music, every now and then he would look at me and ask me if I was ok or I need anything though...
when we finally arrived to Detroit we say our farewell to the guys and we got in his car and drove off to Alainas
-"are you ok babe?"- Marshall asks me making me look at him
-"yes Marshall, I'm fine"- I say a little annoyed,rolling my eyes , don't get me wrong, I love when he's worried about me and everything but this is like the 200 th time that he asks me if I'm ok
-"ok, just wanted to be sure, that's all"-he says upset
I bet he was a little hurt for my answer..
-"I know babe but you're worrying too much, I already told you I'm fine, and the babe is fine too and we have each other"-I say holding his hand and smiling at him so he sees I'm not mad at him
he looks at me but doesn't say anything back
I frown and stare at him
-"Marshall, everything is ok?"
-"yeah.."-he says mumbling not even looking at me
I frown again
-"Marshall what's up?"
-"I told you, I'm ok"- he says looking at the road while drives
-"Marshall what's up? please tell me"
I hear how he sighs
-"it's just I can't stop thinking about us, the fact that you're pregnant, and now we're in Detroit I have to tell my daughters and I don't know how.."
-"yes I know, I've been thinking about that too, god.... they're gonna hate me,right?"
-"of course not, why do you say that?"- he says lookign at me for a brief moment before look at the road
-" I mean with the pregnancy , they're gonna think I'm a gold digger"-I say looking back at him waiting for his response
but nothing comes from him
-"Marshall, is it true ? they're gonna hate me because I got pregnant,aren't they?"
he sighs
-"I honestly don't know"- was his reply
-"I see.."
we don't say anything else as we finally arrived
I climb off the car before Marshall
-"let me help you"- he says as he says I'm carring my bag before I could say anything he grabs the bag from me
-"thanks"-I say almost whispering
-"I think Alaina is not at home"- he says as he knocks the door
-"probably she had a class or something"
he nods
-"do you have the keys right?"
-"yes I have them, let me check it.."-I say while I look at my bag searching for the keys
-"here"-I say and give them to him so he can opens the door
we get in and leave the bags in the living room
-"I need to go to the bathroom"-I say and walk off
5 min later I walk in
-"I'm thirsty, do you want to drink something?"
-"do you have a redbull?"
-"... yes..."- I say while I look at the frigde searching for the drinks
-"your redbull"- I say and give it to him
-"thanks"- he says and takes it and I open mine to drink
-"so when do you think it's better that we tell them?"
-"I don't know, don't ask me, they're your daughters.."
-"Marina.. "
-"I don't know .."
-"I think maybe it's better the sooner,don't you think? you haven't told your mum the news by the way"
-"yes maybe you're right.. and no I didn't tell her just yet , I was going to do it later on because now she's working"
we hear the door that opens
-"hii"- we say as Alaina comes in
-"hi guys, I didn't expect you so soon! everything ok?" she says in a worried tone
-"yeah.."- we both say at the same time
-"how was the filming of the video, did you finish it?"
-"yes we did, it was amazing "
-"well she fought with a girl"- Marshall says making me look at him
why did he have to say it?
"what??!! I want details, why did you fight with her?"
-" I will tell you later, now I need to unpack my bags and I wanna eat something, I'm starving"
-"that remembers me that I was going to Ashley and nathans to have lunch in 30 min,why don't you guys come over, they wanna see you again"
I look at Marshall who nods
-"I'm in"
-"me too,I guess"- I say smiling and nodding
-"great, Im gonna change and we can leave"- she says
-"Marshall, I don't know if I feel confortable right now, I mean they're gonna ask and I don't want to lie to them.."
-"don't"
-"what?"
-"we can tell them today, I mean if you're ok with it"
-"ok"
-"are you sure? we can wait if you want.."
-"no, it's fine, you're right, I think it's a good moment to tell them, I'm going to change too, I'm sweaty, I'll right back.."
before I can go he grabs my arm
-"Marina.."
I turn over to look at him
-"I love you"- he says looking down at me and gives me a quick kiss
-"I love you too"- I say smiling at him
after a few minutes Alaina and me are both ready
-"ok, we can go now"- we say as we walk in the living room
Marshall looks at us with a funny look
-"what? we're girls, we need time to get ready"- Alaina says
he rolls his eyes
-"anyway, are we going together in the same car?"- Alaina asks
-"I think we can go all together, no?"- I say
we nod
-"ok, let's go then"- Marshall says

-"they're with Hailie"

-"I brought some skirts for Auri"- Alaina says
-"I will put them in her room"- Ashley says
after 2 min she cames back
-"so why don't we go to the table and eat, everything is already ready"
-"so tell us, how was everything in Cali? you were on the beach right?did you have fun? the beaches in Cali are amazing"
-"yes, tell us what you did on the beach , we want details, now that the kids are out"-Nathan said
everybody laughs and I burry my face in my hands
-"Nathan shut up, you're making her uncomfortable"
-"she fought with a girl on the set"-Alaina added
-"really? ha! and you seemed a good girl... what happened?"
-"there were 2 girls on the set and one of them didn't stop flirting with Marshall"
-"look at my bro ,he still stir up passions with the girls"
-"what can I say, girls love me. I'm irresistible for them, I'm that sexy"- he says smirking

-"so tell us more"
-" I saw that she was siting up on his lap"

-" I hit her, and then Marshall and I fought and we almost broke up"
-"but we are together and that's what it matters"- he says and kisses my forehead
-"and we wanted to tell you something guys"- he says and looks at me to see if I'm ok with it
I nod but before we can go on we hear the doorbell
-"maybe that's Hailie"- Nathan says and goes to the door to open
I was so scared right now, so nervous , I was going to meet Hailie, I know it's very important for Marshall and I want her to like me
I hear them coming
-"hi guys... dad you're here!! ,I missed you "- she says with a smile and hugs him
-"babe, I missed you"- he says kissing her head and hugging her back
then she looks at me and frowns
-"who is this girl?"
I look at Marshall not knowing if I should reply myself and tell her or let him do it
-"she's Marina, she's... she's my girlfriend"
she frowns at her dad before gazing at me
-"you have a girlfriend and you didn't tell me?"
-"babe, I was going to tell you when I was back , we just started to date a few weeks ago, she's the girl who is doing the hook for my new song"
-"yes I know that but you never mentioned that she was your GIRLFRIEND!"
-" and you guys knew it?
they nod
-" great! so everybody else knew it but me!!"ยด- she says putting her hands up in the air
-"babe I was going to tell you ..."

I look at him with fear, was he going to tell her?
-"yes there's something else.. guys what we wanted to tell you is that we're going to be parents, Marina is pregnant.."
