Chapter 5
It's been a week since Ashton left for tour. Hes in Melbourne right now on an off day before the show tomorrow.
This past week i've spent more time at the smoothie shop working shifts, hanging out with my sister and dad. We took a family day trip down to Manly beach the other day and just enjoyed each others company.
"Olivia, have you seen my laptop" i heard Maui shout from downstairs
"In here, you left in my room last night" i shouted back
I heard her run up the stairs and open my door
"thank God i thought i lost it" she said running over to it
"Oh baby i will never leave you again i'm sorry" she said
i was laughing my ass off and so was Ashton
she looked over to me when she heard his laugh
"Oh.. um hi Ashton" she said looking at my computer screen
"Hey Maui"
"i'll er, i'll just leave you guys now" she said running out
"Maui" i shouted
"Yeah"
"You're forgetting something"
she ran back in and picked her laptop up from the table then out again
"I swear shes a freak" i said to Ashton
"I wonder where she gets it from" he said
"not be that's for sure"
"so hows tour been" i asked
"it's been good, the crowds are so big now, it's insane"
"i wish i could see"
"you're coming to Sydney right"
"yep i have my ticket purchased and ready"
"you didnt have to buy a ticket"
"i know, but i wanted to and it's not like i can just roll up with your mum and be like hay"
"i would have gotten you a ticket"
"babe, i got one it's fine okay. i cant wait to see you, i miss you"
"i miss you too, counting down the days"
"Ashton we have to leave" I heard look say
i watched his face full and i'm guessing my face did the same
"i have to go babe, i love you" he said
"i love you too, 7 days"
"7 days" and he clicked it off.
I shut my laptop and went downstairs to see my dad setting up a bbq.
"Hey pumpkin" he said
"hey daddy, whatcha doing"
"going to start making dinner, how was Ashton"
"he's good, in Melbourne right now"
"So how long until he's back"
"7 days is the Sydney show"
"So in 7 days i get my happy girl back"
"shut up dad, i'm happy"
"not as happy as usual"
I sat outside by our pool going through my twitter. I haven't been on it in weeks.
I went onto the boys and saw their followers have grown by the thousands.
"7 days until i see @5sos with my sister, so excited. I hear the dummers cute" i posted.
My twitter is very small. i only have a couple hundred followers and i only really follow famous people and a couple people i went to school with but not talk to anymore.
"oi who's this dummer you think is cute :P" i got a text from Ashton
"Oh just this super hot boy in this band my sister likes, i think i've got a chance with him"
"oh do you know"
"yup :P"
I took a picture of my feet dangling in the pool and posted it to my twitter.
"i wish i was sitting next you in" Ashton texted
"stop stalking me you weirdo"
"Olivia, Dinner" my dad shouted.
"i have to go dads done a bbq" i texted
"talk to you soon, love you"
"Love you"
I went over and got myself some burgers and salad and sat down with my sister and dad we ate in comfortable silence enjoying the sunset happening around us.
