Summer, Man

Today was finally my last day of classes for the year, i was so glad to be done with school. After school as a celebration me and a few friends went out to eat. It was so fun to go out with everyone and be able to know we didnt have school the next day. After we were done eating i went home. I walked inside and it was silent, i walked into the backyard and Quinn was sitting on the railing of the deck.

"Hey" i said

"Hey babe" he said and i went over and stood between his legs and he kissed me

"Whats going on?" i asked

"Nothing, how was school?" he asked

"Good. So fucking glad to be done" i said

"Im glad your done to" he said

"Yeah, we better enjoy our time while we can" i said

"I like your mindset Ellie" he said and i smacked his leg

"I dont mean sex. I mean we better enjoy hanging out. Your leaving in a week for tour" i said

"So no sex?" he asked

"Quinn!" i said laughing

"Okay fine. And i actually wanted to talk to you about tour" he said

"It was cancelled?!" i said and he laughed at my excitement

"No its not. I was thinking you can come with, Jephs bringing Mia" he said

"Seriously, you want me to come?" i asked

"Yes!. So what do you say?" he asked

"Well i have a job, i cant just drop everything and go with you on tour for two months" i said

"Its a family business, im sure your dad will let you off for the summer" he said, i work in my parents restaurant. The restaurant has been in my family for like three decades

"Maybe" i said shrugging and leaning into him

"If you can get the time off. Will you go?" he asked

"Sure" i said

"Alright lets call" he said passing me the phone

"Now?" i asked

"Yes!. The sooner the better" he said and i took the phone and dialed my dads number and a few minutes later he answered

"Hello?" my dad answered

"Hey dad its Ellie" i said

"Hey, how was school?" he asked

"Good" i said

"So whats going on?" he asked

"Well i was wondering if i can get the summer off from work, Quinn invited me to go on tour with them and im thinking i wanna go" i said

"How long will you be gone?" he asked

"About two months" i said

"Two months?!" he asked shocked

"Yep" i said

"Well.....i guess you can have it off. Everyone deserves the opportunity to see the country. And i know you've always wanted to go with him but your always busy" he said

"Thank you so much daddy!" i said

"Of course. I gotta go" he said

"Bye" i said and hung up

"What did he say?" Quinn asked

"Hes letting me have the time off" i said

"Yes!" he said hugging me and wrapping his legs around me

-Fast forward to the day of tour-

This morning we were leaving for tour and i was doing some last minute packing. Quinn is on the phone figuring out what the plan is for today. I was in the middle of trying to zipper my suit case when Quinn walked in and sat on the bed.

"Hey" i said

"Hey, almost ready?" he asked

"Mhm. When are we leaving?" i asked

"11" he said

"Cool" i said

"Need help?" he asked getting up

"Yeah but i dont think you'll be able to help. Ive been-...okay" i said and he threw himself across my luggage

"Zip it!" he said and i tryed to zip it and it actually worked this time

"Shit, who knew you were heavy. You look like your all skin and bones" i said jokingly patting him on the lower back

"I actually weigh more then 100 pounds babe. I know its hard to believe" he said laughing

"Mm. Well thanks" i said as he got off the luggage

"Yep. Get dressed we're leaving soon" he said smacking my ass and he went to leave the room

"Quinn!" i said

"Ellie!" he mocked and then laughed before leaving the room

A few hours later and we were on the road, i was excited but nervous since ive never had to live on a bus. Me and Mia were sitting at the table painting each others nails and talking while everyone else just screwed around. I was in the middle of painting Mias pinky when Bert started yelling.

Alright kids. We need to have a bus meeting, go over rules" he yelled to all of us over the music

"What rules?" Quinn scoffed

"Well for one. No boning on the bus, Quinn and Jepha and girlfriends that means you" Bert said

"Why are you calling us out?!" Jeph said

"Because nobody else has their girlfriends on here" Bert said

"Dick" Jeph said

"If i hear one moan or banging come from any of you i will personally come in and cock block" Bert said

"No you won't" Quinn said

"You wanna bet?" Bert said

"Whatever" Quinn said

"And i bring up the moaning mostly to warn Quinn. Fucker cant keep himself quiet ever" Bert said and Quinn blushed

"Aww poor little Quinn" i laughed

"Fucker" Quinn said glaring at Bert

"Its okay babe. I still love you" i said

"Good" he said

"You two are like sickly cute" Mia said

The rest of the day we spent just hanging out and talking. Everyone was being crazy and there wasnt even any alcohol on the bus yet, i cant imagine what it'll be like when there is. Later that night i was lying in my bunk reading a book when Quinn slid in.

"Hey babe" he said

"Hey" i said

"What are you doing?" he asked

"Nothing, what are you doing in my bunk?" i asked

"The bus was super like bouncy over there and i dont like it" he said making a face

"Oh so you just came in here to keep yourself from puking. Nice" i said jokingly

"Yes exactly" he said sarcastic and we laughed

"I feel the love" i said

"Mhm. But dont worry i also came in here because im lonely" he said

"Awww" i said cuddling into him and we tried to shift so both of us could cuddle comfortably but it was difficult

"This bunk is so fucking cramped" he said

"Mhm. This isnt gonna be a nightly thing, us being in the same bed. I cant deal being this cramped all tour" i said

"Yeah same" he said

"Fucking hell" i said moving and hitting my back to the wall

"Ow ow. Babe move" he said

"What?!" i said panicked

"Move your knee!" he said

"Why?!" i said

"Thats my balls. Ow, move your leg!" he said

"Shit!. Sorry" i laughed and i laid my leg out straight

"This isnt funny. Fucking hurts" he mumbled curling in on himself

"Sorry" i said

"Hey!. What did i say about boning on the bus!" Bert said pulling the curtain open

"We weren't doing anything" i said

"This time" he said eyeing us and then he went back to his bunk which was under mine

"I'll lay on my back and you lay on your side and lay your head on me and your leg on my leg?" Quinn asked

"Okay" i said and we shifted to that position which was way comfier

"So much better" he said sighing relieved

"Mhmm" i said snuggling my head into his chest and closing my eyes
