“I always thought the end depicted love in the most accurate way I’ve ever seen on screen. Love is selfish. It changes people, and not always for the better. A sweet boy can turn into a jealous creature, and a person who does what she needs to do to survive has to die knowing how much pain her death will bring, because he forced his love on her. Love makes a fool of us all, and you’re too smart to be a fool.”
