Chapter Six
Renee stopped singing, "You trust me right sis?" She asked.
I nod my head, too tired to talk.
"Then concentrate on Xavier." Renee told me.
I nod my head and began to concentrate on Xavier, but that was proven difficult as my eyes began to droop.
The last think I heard was Renee's frantic voice yelling my name.
I bolted out of bed gasping for breath. "Lacey?" Xavier spoke, "What's wrong?"
"I... I don't remember," I responded, trying to think what my nightmare was about.
"Try to go back to sleep ok," Xavier told me.
I nod my head and lay back down.
~Two Weeks Later~
"Lacey, come on, we're going to be late," Xavier told me as I put on the makeup I was forced to wear.
"I'm coming, I'm coming," I tell him leaving the bathroom.
