Baby Doll

“You’ll do great,” his words are soft, encouraging.
“Well I look great, that’s for sure,” I wink, clapping my hands together.
“This is your first film isn’t it?” his hand grazes my skin as he claps the straightener onto my long blond hair.
Twist, twist, release.
“Yeah, but hopefully it’ll turn out alright. Everyone says I’m pretty good at this acting thing.”
“You are, that’s why you’re here,” his lips curve into a thin smile as his hands run through my hair, tossing it into the correct position. “I think we’ve got it, what do you think?” he moves out of in front of me so I can study my long blonde hair. I smile in approval. I look just like a doll.
