Love Hurts

That Doesnt Bother Me

“Hey Eva, How’s it going?” Alex said, mumbling a little bit.

“Hi Alex, umm it’s going fine.” Eva replied. She looked at him, smiling slightly.

“Why did you sit next to me, Alex?” Eva asked shyly.

“Didn't you hear the teacher? She said to sit next to the prettiest girl in the class.” He said with a smart ass tone.

“Do you seriously think that is me?” Eva asked

“No. I think Mary is. I mean look at her.” Alex laughed, pointing at thin air.

“Don’t be a dickhead!” Eva said loudly

“Oh my god! Chill out Eva, I was a joke.” Alex said, pissed off.

“I’m sorry, it’s just… I have been having a bad week. I’m also sorry about the other day. I wanted to, Alex. I like you but I’m depressed.” Eva said in a very serious tone.

“That doesn't bother me.” Alex whispered.

There was not another word for the rest of the lesson
