Love Hurts

Speak up

The next day at school, Eva was in art class. Kota didn’t show up, but Eva knew Kota was at school.

“Mrs. Reed can I please go to the bathroom?” Eva asked her art teacher.

“Sure.” Mrs. Reed replied.

Eva walked down the corridor until she reached the girls bathroom. There was nobody in their apart from one person in the bathroom stall. Eva could hear sobbing.

“Kota?” Eva asked worried.

“Yeah?” Kota replied.

Eva opened the door to the stall. She looked on the bathroom floor. Kota was sitting there a box of tissues next to her.

She had her knees up, with her arms wrapped around them and her hear resting on her legs.
“Oh my god Kota! What’s wrong? Tell me hun.” Eva asked worried.

“Eva, I’m…..” Kota started, but stopped.

“What is it Kota? You can trust me, you know that!” Eva said, giving Kota a kiss on her forehead.

“Pregnant.” Kota whispered.

“What Kota? Speak up I can’t hear you.” Eva said even more worried.

“I’m pregnant, Eva.”
