Set in the same setting as in Annie's Legacy, only(!) Annie has died and leaves Sebastian to care for their ten year old child, Phoebe. Phoebe is one hundred percent Phoelmogen blood. Not a trace of demon in her, except in her looks. This is all father daughter!
