Nothing Left to Say

Prologue

My name is Olivia, but a lot of my friends call me Livvy and I live in Elkhart, Indiana. You see, I didn't always live in Indiana. I transferred to Concord High School my freshman year from Anaheim, California. Life was never easy before the move, but now it's worse. My dad and I decided to leave California and the beautiful west coast a little over a year after my mom died. I remember that day very vividly. I was in 7th grade at the time. I remember it being a Wednesday during my 3rd hour Language Arts class. The principle and the guidance counselor came into the class and asked for me. We walked out and stood in the hallway. I remember crying when they told me what happened. I remember not coming back to school that week. I remember leaving Anaheim a year later. I remember my dad wanting to get as far away from the memories of my mom. I remember the first time I thought about hurting myself thinking it was all my fault. And now I remember why there was nothing left to say.
