Stuck in This Hell

Prologue

Samuel ran, faster than he thought he ever could. He was the captain of the basketball team, and even he was nearing his limit. He pushed himself to run farther away from the monster that was behind him. This was all his fault, he deserved this. He stumbled on a rock, his knees buckling as he hit the floor. He rolled, smacking into a tree and wincing. This was it, he was officially dead. His vision blurred, the monster bending down in front of his face, feeling the sickly sensation of the monster licking the blood that dripped down his forehead.

"I'm sorry Sam..." Cried the monster, the monsters' fangs clamping down onto Sams' neck.

Sam clenched his hands, gasping as he flailed helplessly. He could feel the blood being drained from his very self, the monsters blackened tears dripping onto Sam. It hurt, hurt more than when he broke his leg from a bike accident, hurt more than when he got hit by a car and had to stay in the hospital for a couple of weeks. He screamed, his head falling back as blackness overcame him, falling still, oh so still.
