I ran, i ran so far. And suddenly I was flying. And there was Gerard and Alice. One held each hand and the clouds flew by. I looked up at Gerard. He smiled at me and nodded towards Alice. She was crying. I tried to reach to her. I almost reached her lips. But as soon as I got close they let go. I fell.
I hit the pavement twenty stories below.
