Status: Here's another oldie I'm reposting to Mibba. I found this on my old Quizilla account. I believe it was the first original story I posted to the internet. Probably written in 2006/2007

Ineffable Plan

Thirty-Two

"What the hell?!?" I screamed as I found myself no longer sitting at the kitchen table listening to Manny. I was now plopped on Aaron's bed staring at him pacing back and forth in front of me. I held my stomach and groaned a little. Motion sickness. I really wish he wouldn't do that, especially when I just ate about five rather large pancakes.

"Are you okay?" He stopped pacing and knelt down in front of me.

"Why did you do that?!? I wanted to hear what Manny was going to say!" I shouted crawling onto the bed so that I was further away from Aaron.

He stared at me for a moment with a blank expression. Suddenly his face was grave. "Oh no." He whispered quietly, shaking his head slowly. "Oh no. We didn’t get it all out, did we?"

Aaron looked up at me. I blinked and he was on top of me pinning my arms above my head. "Aaron!" I squealed. "What are you doing? What are you talking about?"

His was staring into my eyes now, searching. "The venom. We didn't get all of it out.''

"Aaron." I said laughing now. "Yes, you did. I'm fine."

"Then why are you acting like this? You're not fine."

"You are such an asshole." I was still laughing. "Mmm." I moaned. Aaron had sunk his fangs into my neck and was currently sucking blood out of my neck in that wonderfully soothing way. I tangled my fingers into his hair and pulled his face closer.

"Aaron." I breathed.

A second later he pulled away and stared at my face, looking very confused. "You taste fine. There's no venom." His eyebrows were knitted as he hovered over me.

I laughed again. "I'm not poisoned, Aaron. I was just mad at you."

"Why?"

"Because of yesterday."

He was still completely confused.

"When you broke your brother's nose." I clarified.

His face softened and a small smile played on his lips. "You're still mad about that. I thought you'd be over it by now. I gave you an entire night. I even 'slept in my own room.'"

"Well, what you did wasn't very nice, was it? I mean, he's your brother and you broke his nose because of some silly little comment. What would have happened if it was a stranger?"

"I would have killed him." He was serious. I attempted to sit up but he wouldn't move.

"Aaron, move."

"You're not still mad, are you?" He asked brushing his fingers against the small strip of exposed skin between my shirt and my skirt.

"You're not even sorry that you did it."

He leaned over and kissed the space right behind my ear. "Why would I be?"

"You broke your brother's nose. Vampire or not, you've got to see that there is some gravity to the situation." I complained.

"He was fine." He whispered, sliding his hand up my shirt and running his fingertips back down to the band of my skirt.

"That's not the point." I whispered before his lips touched mine.

"Then what is?" He whispered against my lips.

"I don’t remember." I mumbled leaning my head up to kiss him again.

"Good."

It took a good ten minutes for me to realize what he was doing and another five minutes for me to gather the will to stop him.

"Wait! Wait!" I said pushing against his chest. He rolled off me and onto his back, pulling me on him.

Aaron ran his fingers through my hair and started kissing my neck. "What?"

I pushed myself off him and stood at the end of the bed. "You can't do that! That's not fair!"

He sat up abruptly. "What's not fair?"

"You can't use vampire powers to make me forget that I'm mad you!" I was infuriated. "It can be like this! Every time I'm upset with you, you can't just make me forget whatever it is that I'm mad about! What is wrong with you?!? You can't keep taking away my memories. You might induce some permanent damage!"

Aaron was smiling at me now and I could hear the laughter in his voice. "Come here." He said tugging at my waist. There was no use in resisting. He was stronger. He lay back, pulling me on top of him and then rolled over.

"You're squishing me."

He kissed my lips again. "I didn't use any vampire 'powers,' baby love. I swear." He said smugly. "It was pure charm. I only kissed you."

I felt my face flush.

"Stop that." He whispered in my ear. "You're tempting me."

"Why didn't you come to my room last night? I was cold." I murmured against the skin on his collarbone.

"You locked your door."

"As if a lock could keep you out?"

"I was trying to respect your wishes. I thought you didn’t want me in your room."

"I did. I was just mad. You should have come anyway." I gasped as Aaron's hand ran up my skirt.

"Sorry." He nibbled my ear and licked a trail down to the base of my neck. "I fed this morning." He said suggestively as he rubbed his nose against my throat.

I frowned in confusion. Then I remembered our conversation from yesterday. I pushed his face closer to my neck. "It's a standing offer."
