True Friends, or Real Enemies

So, you find that good friend.
The one you hangout with.
All your friends seem to get jealous your not spending time with them.
Well whatever, you got this new friend.
But, as you get closer, you notice that others aren't so happy.
It all started back in the 7th grade.

He was a good friend.
He had no one really.
'Till I came along.
I pretty much helped guide him through. I introduced him to others.
Bragged that I found him. Yeah, it was fun at the time. I looked up to him.
He was cool, he had done it all. It was kind of like a brotherly friendship.
Sleepovers all the time, video games from night to morning.
Until, they became involved. I knew that he wasn't good, but he was my friend.
He was unstable, it wasn't his fault. He acted like that because of how he was
raised. We had a tight friendship. But the teachers got involved. They didn't like
him. They started blaming him for my lack of attention in school. Apparently, we
did drugs together. So, said that teacher. My parents were later involved. In an
instant, our friendship was ended.

We started fighting with each other. Rumors started, and groups became involved.
It soon became a fight for popularity. After school ended, we hadn't seen each other
for a couple of months. 'Till class started. We had small talk at first. But, then it just
became a lame friendship. We don't really talk much today. But, he does flirt with
every girl I like. I think he does it to bother me. The point is, your best friends wont
always be there. But, it's always the least expected friend, that will.
