I Only Want To See You

She can hear him. She can feel him. She can smell him. She can even taste him if she wants. She just can't see him. Not any more at least.
At six, a frightened little girl went to her mother and father complaining about her vision being fuzzy and constantly having a headache. The fuzzyness faded and they went along happily with their lives again. At eight, her best friend in the entire world started to get fuzzy again. Her other senses became more aware of what was going on, but she couldn't see very well any more. Again, she complained to her parents but only when it was too late. Her eyes were damaged forever, her sight lost to the world of darkness.
