Innocent or Not?

Okay so Gerard is a mass murderer and like Frank is an innocent 21 year old only looking for love. When Gerard meets Frank he falls in love and Frank does too. But when Gerard get's arrested and will face a death penalty. Frank breaks Gerard out of prison the night before he is hanged and they run away to Finland then they meet the band HIM.
