Introduction

"On the news today, two prisoners have escaped in a result of the recent bombings in London. The two were Eric James, and Evan Ridge. James was arrested for killing his parents, and the attempted murder of his ex girlfriend. Smith was arrested for raping nearly everyone in town. Be on the look out for these two suspects."

Hartley Davis is just your everyday cop. His work consists of cataching perps, ranging from simple robberies, to horrifying homicides. Hartley doesn't know the news in London, about the two that had escaped, so he didn't turn a blind eye when they showed uo on his doorstep...
